I brought a glider-rocker in for repair and the result was as if there was never any damage ever! While I originally brought the rocker in for the repair of the left arm, a crack in the seat was detected by Bill’s trained eyes. Left alone, it would have worsened through time and created greater problems in the future. It, too, was repaired and is virtually invisible to see. In fact, the repair looks like part of the grain in the wood. True craftsmanship! The repair bill was substantially less than what I was expecting, which only served to be icing on the cake after experiencing such stellar customer service. I can highly recommend Quality Refinishing!
